Welcome to Just Sunnies. The website https://www.justsunnies.com.au and its associated features and mobile applications (Site) is owned and operated by Just Sunnies Pty Ltd (ABN 54 059 831 042). “Just Sunnies”, "we", "our" and "us" and other similar pronouns are reference to Just Sunnies Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries.
Please read through our Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully as they form the agreement under which we supply products and services to you. Your use of this site and your placement of an order (Order) indicates your acceptance of these Terms which includes our Privacy Policy and other documents referred to within these Terms.
Just Sunnies reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
General Information
Whilst we try and ensure all details, images, descriptions and prices which appear on the website are as accurate as possible, errors may occur. We may choose to not fill any orders (or part of an order) that you have placed where the website contains errors or inaccuracies, including but not limited to, out-of-date information, pricing discrepancies, discount code errors, shipping or return inaccuracies.
Orders
When you place an Order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address submitted on our Site. This email or other form of receipt does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We are not obliged to supply product/s to you until we have accepted your Order.
You must provide accurate details at the time of making your Order. Your submittal of an Order signifies our right to contact you by the contact details submitted on our Site. This information may be used to contact you if we require more information to accept your Order.
By making an Order, you authorise us to perform credit and security checks where we feel necessary, which may include requesting a verification code to finalise your transaction. Customers may be contacted via email or phone if further information is needed.
Just Sunnies reserves the right to review and cancel an Order at any time. We may at our discretion, refuse to accept an order for any reason, including but not limited to:
a) Stock availability of ordered products (in which case, we may offer you an alternative product)
b) If you are unable to validate security checks or we suspect your Order is fraudulent
c) If a product or all products in an Order on the website contains an error in imagery, price or descriptions
d) If there has been an error with a product being wrongfully included in a sale or promotion
e) If we suspect that you might on-sell our products to other consumers
f) If we are under agency agreement to not sell a product to another region
To guarantee a positive shopping experience we offer a flexible returns policy. To ensure security and prevent fraud and abuse we monitor returns frequency and value. In cases where there is an unusually high frequency or value of returns, we reserve the right to restrict future orders and close or block access to your account.
Please note that the above does not override any rights of your statutory rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
Order Cancellations
We endeavour to accommodate requests to cancel an Order or to update information attached to an Order. If you would like to cancel or submit changes to an Order, please contact Customer Service immediately. Please note, we cannot guarantee we will be able to amend or cancel your Order. Once an item is shipped, Just Sunnies reserves the right to refuse an order cancellation and the item must be returned to us in accordance with the returns policy, or we may charge a necessary fee should we need to return the package from a delivery service.
Payments
Just Sunnies accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, American Express, AfterPay, Zip Pay, Zip Money, Klarna, and Bank Deposit. Just Sunnies also offers several express payment methods that include PayPal Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Microsoft Pay.
You must pay for the Order in full at the time of placing an Order by one of the payment methods on the Site. You must be entitled to use the payment method used for purchases credit and have sufficient funds to submit an Order.
From time to time, we may perform random security checks on the payment method used on the Site. By submitting an Order, you authorise us to perform credit and security checks where we feel necessary, which may include a small charge to the credit card used for payment, before accepting your Order.
Purchase Price
All prices quoted on the Just Sunnies website, or pursuant to your inquiry with us, are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Costs relating to international orders and charged currency conversion you are charged by your bank may vary.
Just Sunnies reserves the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice. We may choose to not fill any Orders (or part of an Order) that you have placed where inaccurate prices have been listed due to error or if a product was wrongfully included in a promotion/sale event.
If your credit card has been charged for the Order, Just Sunnies will immediately issue a full refund to your payment method used on the Order.
All items are listed displaying the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) provided by the Supplier. Items may be tagged by the supplier with price details. If a price update is enforced by the supplier, current inventory may not be updated with a swing tag that has the brand’s new RRP. The item's listed price online will override the tagged price and will be charged accordingly at checkout. If you have any questions or doubts regarding pricing, please contact our customer support team.
Pre-Order Items
At Just Sunnies, you can purchase items that are currently out of stock but will be replenished soon. Pre-order items are marked clearly on the website with a date of availability listed. You can place an order for the item to secure it, or sign up for back-in-stock notifications when the item is available and ready to ship.
If a product is marked as pre-order on the product page and you wish to purchase at that time, simply add a pre-order item to your cart and follow the steps to checkout. You will be required to provide a payment method to place a pre-order purchase, and you will be charged for the item once the pre-order purchase has been completed.
Please note, availability dates are only an indication of when an item may be available again and not an exact date. Pre-order items will be dispatched and sent to you as soon as they become available at our warehouse. Once your order ships, you will be sent an email with tracking details so you can know when it’s expected to arrive. If you have ordered multiple pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all styles have arrived in stock.
Pre-orders are eligible for cancellation at any time before being sent to you. When your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full via your original payment method. To cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service team at support@justsunnies.com.au.
New Zealand GST, Custom Charges, Duties & Fees
As an Australian company that is independently owned and operated in Australia, Just Sunnies will charge you for your order in Australian dollars (AUD). The price charged to New Zealand customers will be subject to the following:
• The exchange rate applied by the payment provider you have used.
For more information regarding New Zealand GST and exchange rates by payment providers, please contact your local customs office.
Just Sunnies does not collect the New Zealand GST of the purchased products at the checkout page, we are not responsible for and will not reimburse any duties, customs charges or fees. Thresholds and rates are subject to change in accordance with changes to New Zealand law, additionally, your financial services or payment provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on any purchases and refunds from Just Sunnies. The exchange rate used to determine the dollar amount of the refund (in NZ dollars) will be in accordance with the prevailing rate at the time the refund is made, not the original exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Please note that New Zealand GST is subject to change in accordance with changes to New Zealand law. Orders shipped to New Zealand valued at more than NZ$1000 may incur duties, customs charges, and fees (including GST on duty and freight) charged by the New Zealand Customs Service once the order reaches its destination port. The charged amounts must be paid by you directly to the New Zealand Customs Service or the authorised service provider. If separate orders are placed on the same day, they may be regarded as one order and will be subject to the duties, customs charges, and fees that apply. The expected duties, custom charges, and fees for New Zealand customers can be calculated by using the NZ Customs Service duty estimator.
International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Just Sunnies does not have any control over these charges or is unable to advise what they will be as it is based on individual country's regulations and compliances. For further information, we suggest contacting your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of Order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Just Sunnies will not pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges, Just Sunnies will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result. We cannot mark international orders at a reduced price to avoid customs fees.
Refunds and Returns
We want you to be happy with your new purchase! If you are not satisfied with your sunglasses, you are welcome to return your order for a refund in line with our returns policy. Here are our simple rules of return:
You have 30 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our warehouse for Australian orders and 60 days for International orders. Items must be in the original packing which must be in original condition. Items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.

Full Price & Our Price Items
All items can be returned for an exchange or refund.
Items purchased during Sitewide Sale Events or Promotions
All items purchased during a sitewide sale event are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note orders made during sale events are not eligible for Free Returns.
Red-line Sale Items (red font):
All sale items can be returned for an exchange only. Sale items are products where the price is listed in red. Please note sale items are not eligible for Free Returns.
Outlet items (red font & “(o)” listed in style name):
All Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Outlet items are identified in the sale section with an “(O)” in the style name and have individual product descriptions detailing any signs of wear, defects, or reason for being marked as an outlet. Outlet items do not come with a warranty.
Prescription Sunglasses & Glasses Terms of Sale:
Custom prescription products are non-refundable and are considered final sale. If you experience any issues with your lenses, please reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Free Returns
Free returns are valid within 30 days on purchases over $150 within Australia. Free returns are subject to the following Terms:
Offer is only valid per order, with a minimum Order value of $150
Offer excludes sale items, outlet items, items purchased during promotions, and site-wide sale events.
Free Returns excludes international orders.
All returns are shipped with standard shipping.
Just Sunnies recommends you post your items via a trackable delivery service such as Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post. Just Sunnies is not responsible for lost parcels.
Repairs, Warranties, Faulty or Damaged Items
Manufacturers' warranties come with all items we sell, excluding Outlet items. The details of the warranty period are usually detailed on the swing tag or the instructions booklet.
Most of our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a set period of time from date of purchase. The warranty timeframe is outlined by each manufacturer and differs between each brand, you can find the warranty details for a specific brand by clicking into a style from that brand and viewing the warranty tab towards the bottom of the page.
The manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratched or broken lenses, lost screws or nose pieces and frame deterioration. Any alterations to the sunglasses such as major adjustments or lens replacements like prescriptions will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team for further information and assessment of your purchase.
How to arrange a Repair or Warranty Claim?
Option 1: Take your sunglasses to your nearest stockist, and they will be able to assist you in sending them to the manufacturer
Option 2: Return your sunglasses to the manufacturer direct; if applicable
Option 3: Post the sunglasses back to us along with a completed copy of our Repair and Warranty claim form. Once received we will forward your sunglasses to the manufacturer on your behalf (postage charges apply). Remember to package your sunglasses inside a protective case in a sturdy box with padding along with your completed repair and warranty form. (If you don’t have access to a printer simply write the required details on a neat sheet of paper).
If the problem is minor, such as a missing screw, you can see your local stockiest, optometrist or sunglass store; minor repairs are usually completed at little to no cost. Alternatively, contact our team directly, we may be able to mail a spare screw to you!
Important Information:
- Sunglasses and glasses alike should be kept in their protective pouch when not being worn, try not to store them in hot places like the car.
- To validate your warranty please present a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase.
Gift Vouchers
You may purchase a gift card for use on the Site. Gift cards can be redeemed at the online checkout by entering the associated gift card number.
Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the purchase date. Once activated, this card is redeemable for merchandise at Just Sunnies store and Just Sunnies online store only. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be refunded or replaced. Any unredeemed balance that remains on the Gift Card after the 36 months will be voided and not available to use. For card balance, visit justsunnies.com.au/page/giftcards
Price Match Policy
We want to ensure you get the best possible price on the sunglasses you love. If you see the same product for cheaper (inclusive of delivery charges, service or handling fees, taxes and any other charges associated with the delivery of the product) at an authorised online or in-store retailer that meets the requirements below, let us know, and we will do our best to price match it (offer valid for one item only, per customer, per competitor, per day). We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including (without limitation) the right to determine which company is a comparable retailer on the basis of eligibility for a price match offer. We reserve the right to reject your price match request if there is an error in the price or an error in the product description listed on the site you have submitted. If we need to reject an order, we will use our reasonable efforts to be in contact with you as soon as possible regarding the rejection and our reason for denying the offer. 1. Prescription Glasses General Terms of Ordering
Just Sunnies offers a wide range of prescription sunglasses and glasses for purchase online. By placing an order with Just Sunnies, you agree to the following terms:
a) Prescription Details: It is your responsibility to ensure that the prescription details you provide are correct and up-to-date. Just Sunnies will not be held responsible for any errors in your prescription details.
b) Payment: Payment for your prescription glasses must be made in full at the time of placing your order. Just Sunnies accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
c) Delivery: Just Sunnies aims to dispatch prescription glasses within 7-10 business days of receiving your order, subject to prescription verification. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
d) Returns and Exchanges: Prescription glasses are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged. Please contact Just Sunnies customer service within 7 days of receiving your glasses if you believe they are faulty or damaged.
2. Health Fund Claiming
If you are eligible to claim prescription glasses through your health fund, Just Sunnies will provide you with a tax invoice that includes the required information for your claim. You will need to contact your Health Fund to process the claim.
3. Prescription Lens Warranty
Just Sunnies offers a one-year warranty on prescription lenses from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.
4. Lens Care
Prescription lenses require proper care and maintenance to ensure longevity and performance. Just Sunnies recommends the following care tips:
a) Clean lenses regularly with a microfibre cleaning cloth and lens cleaner.
b) Store prescription glasses in a case when not in use.
c) Avoid exposing lenses to extreme heat, chemicals, or abrasive materials.
5. No Medical Advice
Just Sunnies is not a medical provider and does not provide any medical or optical care, advice, opinion, diagnosis or treatment. If you have any concerns about your eyes or vision, please consult a qualified optometrist, ophthalmologist or medical professional.
6. Liability
Just Sunnies will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of prescription glasses purchased from our website. This includes but is not limited to, personal injury, damage to property, and loss of income or profits. Just Sunnies liability is limited to the purchase price of the prescription glasses.
