How can I leave a review if I haven’t received my order!!!!!

Sorry to hear you haven’t yet received your order. I’ve had a look into this for you and can see that your order was shipped the same day it was placed and has been awaiting collection at your local Australia Post.
Orders are held at the LPO for 10 days, and after this time, they are returned to sender. Once your order arrives back to us, we’ll be in touch to assist with arranging a reshipment for you.

I had the best customer service experience with Just Sunnies! This company was the only place I could find the sunglasses I wanted- nowhere else could ship to NZ for a reasonable price. Unfortunately I originally received the wrong product, however I got in touch with Customer Service and the issue was promptly resolved! I spoke to Emma, who was genuinely incredible, and it was so lovely to be able to speak to a real person in real time. She was so kind & understanding, and didn’t make me feel annoying for requesting an exchange (which is a huge win for someone with anxiety like myself!). 10/10, I’ll definitely be recommending this company and their service :)

The Lady at Tweed City knew her product and was extremely helpful. She was also under the pump with customers but took care of everyone in a professional unstressed manner . Was very good with recommendations, nice to meet a sales person that is knowledgeable and friendly , not some disinterested person only concerned about taking your money .

I ordered a pair of sunnies for my wife on the weekend and had them by Wednesday even though they had no stock. Elle messaged me straight away to advise of the delay due to stock shortage . What delay !
They had a pair delivered and had them up to us in less than 3 working days for my wifes birthday.
